Couple of items, diary refill and planner. Out of stock on an annual basis. Not great planning from a planning company! Now, having missed the 25% off sale. I have to pay full price and pay postage again. I’m so fed up of doing this every year. I’m not going to do it this year. As they want to promote telephones with QR codes, then that what I’ll use!

I've been using the same Diary for over 30 years and I've never found another one as good. I appreciate not having QR codes printed on it, it was quite difficult to find this version. Thanks.
Asked to review a product that hasn’t arrived, despite being told it has. It is now 2025, so product is now behind the times. Not impressed with delivery method; despite lots of communication by them to update me, still no delivery.

I order refill every year and am always pleased with the product. Good customer service and delivery.
It was the same as I order every year - perfect. However, the delivery was a bit of an enigma. My son ordered exactly the same one at the same time. Mine arrived promptly via Royal Mail through my letter box, his arrived much later via Fedex after at least one failed attempt to deliver face to face and eventually put through the letter box. Strange.
