The first replacement you sent me did not work. As soon as I tried to write the lead disappeared back into pencil. I don't think the pencil had any leads in it when it was delivered.
The second replacement is fine. It is so convenient to have the pencil attached to the Filofax. A lot of time is saved by not having to look for a pencil when wanting to use the diary.
Both the Filofax and the pencil are excellent products.

Received my 2027 diary in Hong Kong and Filofax did not disappoint me as usual.
In a word governed by computers and AI it is a blessing going old school in certain things.

I love these notebooks as you can move the pages, add pages and rearrange the contents with ease. There is the added bonus of various refills and accessories being available to customise the purpose of the notebook. I seem to be acquiring a collection of them.

You simply cannot argue with the value of this paper. It’s smooth, good for fountain pen ink, and 100 pages will last me a a while. I do recommend this paper.

This coloured paper just screams LUXURY @ you. It looks amazing and is an absolute dream to write on. If you want some luxury in your life I definitely recommend this paper.

I love this Filofax yellow paper. It makes such a refreshing change to ordinary white and gives your ink a little more pizazz. It also takes fountain pen ink, and frankly I refuse to buy palpe4 that can’t handle a fountain pen. The yellow colour scheme really makes a nice change from the norm, and it’s easier on the eyes. The 100 page pack size is also great value for money.

This A4 notepaper is stunning. I love the fact it is properly fountain pen friendly, which is an absolute must for me, and it is so smooth to write on that it gives brands like Claire Fontain a serious run for their money. Absolutely recommended.

I bought this Filofax as a storage binder for my loose, unused papers. When I unwrapped it it quickly became clear that it was far too good as a storage binder. Instead I instantly transferred my July to December Filofax diary into this new Eco-Binder and it is now my main, daily use Fax. It’s very light, which is good as I carry a spare page for each day, and it makes a refreshing change from my usual leather binders. As I said, it was intended for storage but has become my main Fax. These Eco- faxes are really good quality and excellent value for money. Everyone should have one!

This Filofax is a great size, the cover is hard wearing yet flexible, I love that charms can be added to the elastic closure.

Have used this Filofax week on 2 pages diary for very many years alongside my iPhone calendar which suites my needs and is always good value with additional information provided on holiday dates etc.
