Getting your parcel of Filofax goodies delivered straight to your door is our main priority. We have a number of different couriers and options to make sure that your order gets to you in time for your daily journaling, to-dos and gift giving.
You will receive a dispatch email, which will include your chosen delivery method, address information, and a full list of items shipped within your order. Please keep this dispatch email safe as it will need to be referenced if you would like to return anything.

UK Mainland Standard Delivery
- Arrives 5-7 working days from dispatch via Whistl/Royal Mail/Parcelforce
- For personalised items, please allow an additional 7 working days on top of estimated delivery times.
-For Christmas orders, please place order by 12pm GMT 15th December 2025. For basic personalised items, place order by 12pm GMT 15th December 2025. For Design Your Own Refills & Clipbooks, place order by 12pm GMT 12th December 2025.
Shipments will be upgraded from 2nd class to 1st class pre-Christmas from 15th December.
UK Mainland Express Delivery (FedEx)

- Arrives up to 3 working days from dispatch via FedEx
- For personalised items, please allow an additional 7 working days on top of estimated delivery times.
UK Next Day Delivery (Parcelforce)

International Delivery (Whistl/DHL)
Orders made on the UK website can be shipped to Europe and international addresses.
- Arrives 10-14 business days from dispatch via Whistl/DHL.
- For personalised items, please allow an additional 7 working days on top of estimated delivery times.

International Delivery (Whistl/DHL)
Deliveries to International addresses should arrive within 10-14 working days once they leave our warehouse
