I have been a Filofax user on and off since the 80s and have been using my current Personal Filofax for the last 10 years. I love my Filofax and I used it every single day because I use it as a workbook as well as a diary. I was therefore appalled when I came to buy my Week On Two Pages Diary for 2025 and found that I could not get one that didn't include a QR code on each day! I do NOT want this feature and from what I could tell the only way to get rid of the QR codes was to spend a ridiculous amount of time in the "Personalisation Station" with the result that instead of it costing me £8.75 with the QR code on each day, it was going to cost me double that without the QR code! I am quite sure that awful "Personalisation Station" is not aimed at loyal customers like me and in fact by charging me double for the classic insert I assume that you don't even want me as a customer. Well JOB DONE I won't be once my current diary runs out. Shame on you Filofax treating your customers in this way - from feedback I have read I am not the only person who did not want the awful QR code....

I find the mini filofax an excellent size and the refill option such a more environmental way when using a diary.

Have used these for years, ideal, better than an ordinary diary

This diary is a life saver for me, as I need to check all my important medical appointments on it and it is very reliable reminder for me to check it every day. I recommend it greatly to those elderliea, like myself, to have this companion as you have memory loss ane need this help

Cannot imagine life without my little Filofax Mini. Fits perfectly into my bag, with its little pen. Prefer over the phone diary anytime!
