I love this ‘Week to One Page with Notes’ insert, which allows construction of a versatile and highly personalised diary.

The insert allows you to expand each printed week with extra sheets of your choice, without disrupting the flow of the printed diary. After the page printed with the days of the week (always the left hand page), additional sheets of your choice can be inserted.

I also find that, with the addition of two tools, its possible to easily flip open the diary and instantly locate the correct day of the current or following week - without turning any pages, or fumbling or having to scan.
[My two additional tools - the Filofax ruler allowing flipping to next week’s page, which is usually several sheets later in my own diary, and I also use a slightly taller velum sheet allowing flipping to the current week. The velum sheet used in this position also allows some privacy for the right hand page of the diary.]

Every week I adjust the positions of the ruler and velum ‘flippers’, and at this time I add additional ‘to do ‘ etc sheets as needed for the upcoming week. It’s a very quick maintenance task which I do at the same time as reviewing the upcoming week.

I find that having each week contained and separate in this way boosts productivity.

The space available on the left hand page for each day is not large. I find that writing with a fine 2B propelling pencil and/or very fine-tipped coloured pens, using abbreviations and a few coded symbols, can reduce cluttering.

Suggestion - option of minimalist layout and Sunday start - or make this format customisable.

Very useful to have the notes page alongside the diary page as often extra room is needed. Excellent idea!

Have used one page diaries with notes for many years now. Exactly what I need.
Add points of interest on the notes page. Interesting to look back on. Wouldn't be without it.
Despatch from Filofax quick/efficient but deliverer rather slow.

It is excellent but my wife now wants a new mini organiser and I have shown her one or two on the computer but she wants to see what we are buying so we hope to make a decision when we are next in Lewis in Edinburgh.
We both have had organisers for a long time and they suit us very well
