I ordered from filofax UK directly to personalize my inserts and deeply regret it.
First, they said my personalization didn't include the moon phases (I triple checked before sending the order) and now I realized the Norfolk is of lesser quality than usual!
The Norfolk Personal in currant that I received has a malfunctioning ring! I just put the inserts for 2025 in to start a new work week and the ring left/middle (or bottom/middle) is "broken" and has a 0,5mm gap.
It's lose and I can't bend or fasten it in any way.
Super annoying for the steep price.
Would like to have new rings or exchange the filofax. Thank you

30mm personal size rings - it’s brilliant. I use it as a wallet and dairy.
Also, I can store allot of information in there; this is the best Filofax I ever had, looking forward to seeing the different colours of the Norfolk range. Excellent quality, excellent claps, loads of pockets, also the big pocket at the back blew me away. The best yet from filo fax.
Great cover very soft but don’t like the large rings too bulky in my bag

The Norfolk organiser has a 30 mm ring mech and is designed to hold up to 230 sheets, please see below link for Personal Organisers with a smaller ring mech(23mm, 15mm, 11mm):-

This organiser absolutely awesome! I love it and also Filofax my favourite!
As an avid planner I've been looking for a leather ring planner with a larger ring size to fit more inside so I chose the sage green Norfolk. It's gorgeous and I can fit so much more in it with the difference in ring size. Plenty of pockets for storing stickers, post its etc. I ordered the personalised daily inserts and they are such great quality. Love the feel of the leather and the colour is stunning
