Mini barleycorn pen refills.

These refills are not the quality they used to be. They are flimsy, thinner and don't flow as well as refills I have bought previously.
They are the correct refills bought from Filofax. However they spoil an otherwise great product.
Will use my parker jotter pen in future.

Poor item description

The item is described as a [Filofax] Pen Refill - the package states Filofax Barley Mini Ink Refills. They are too small for my pen which is not listed as being one of those “not compatible”. Further, items suggested as “You might also like” do not suggest Barley Mini pens, only standard sized ones so no clues there either as to compatibility. Will need to return and request a refund. Seems bizarre that no standard refills are available for pens sold by this provider.

It seems petty, but the cardboard the pen refills were on was bent to get them into a smaller envelope.
I keep them on the cardboard till I need them so a bit miffed.

Incorrect Items delivered

I have ordered a "Pen Refill Pack Of 2", but received 2"Barley mini ink refills" instead. Very disappointed as have to pay for delivery as well. Will send it back for refund.

Thank you for your feedback. The pen refills you ordered fit a number of our discontinued pens as well as the Barley pens. There is a freepost returns address on the packing slip for you to return the item.
