Absolutely adore my personalised planner, I can now plan my year as it works for me. what would be really cool is if I could get a horizontal planner that matched and ran in line with the dates ordered, if they could come in both A5 and an A1 it would be awesome.

The diary is exactly as I ordered it. However, the designs themselves could do with some tweaks. For instance, there is too much space at the top of each page in the week-on-two-pages option, for the A5 size at least.
I've been looking for an A5 lined horizontal week-to-view layout in cream for a long time. My only suggestion is that the country holidays should automatically appear throughout the diary rather than be listed on only one page at the front of the diary. When I selected the holiday options, I hadn't realized that they wouldn't be included in the main diary pages so had to write them into my diary. Adding in each date manually as 'Special Events' for next year's diary will be extremely tedious.

Thank you for sending my items exactly as described, I love using my diary.
I ordered a personalised clipbook to plan my wedding. The clipbook arrived in good time but the colour of the clipbook was completely different to the one ordered. (See photos)
Filofax customer service has been helpful and refunded the cost of the clipbook but state the issue is that the inside colour is too bold and this changed the colour of the cover. Although I can understand this it wasn’t mentioned as a possible flaw, also the colour is completely different and I find it hard to believe the colour could be this different.
The refill is fantastic and I would reorder refills for my diary in future. I would personally prefer the special occasions to be slightly more bold.
