Custom Clipbook

Firstly, the clipbook is great! Perfect for managing work and home life.

I do have to say that from ordering the clipbook the service from filofax was appalling. I had to email customer service to prompt them to send the product after the tracking had not changed for several days. Upon receiving the order I was further disappointed to see that this had been sent without the inserts! I asked for a refund on several occasions and was eventually offered a 50% discount. Due to the lengthy wait times and missing items I will be reluctant to order from the website again.

I love this system. It was so super easy to select and choose what I wanted for this planner system. The feel is the cover is so soft and I love the clean white interior. All of my birthday s and special date personalisation are perfect within the diary part. I could not be happier with this product
