This will be my daughters first Filofax. I'm sure she will be delighted with it. She suffers with anxiety, and I wanted to give her a beautiful way to express her feelings. I also bought some of the sticker sets that are now available on the Filofax website, with images of flowers, garden insects and positive words to help calm her.

I’ve had a Finsbury A4 Filofax for several years and it’s still as good as new, due to forthcoming retirement I decided to downsize to the A5 size in the same fabulous Raspberry colour. Still the same excellent quality and customer service - what’s not to love 💕

I had told FedEx that I wouldn't be in on the day they were due to deliver,and we agreed a new delivery date. However they chose to deliver on the original date even though they knew i wasn't there to receive the delivery. The item was stolen from my property, so Filofax arranged a replacement. After 2 weeks of waiting for the replacement I chased Filofax who told me the delivery had gone missing. I could have a full refund or they would give me 20% off if I re-order the item. So very frustrated by this I went for the full refund which I am still waiting for.

I love the look of the leather organiser I bought recently. However, I am disappointed that the clasp comes undone quite easily, which is not good when carrying it around. I also found the pockets in the cover so tight, that it is difficult to insert paper without it scrunching up. What is great is the vast option of different calenders and organising paper that is available.

The folio is well structured and works fine.
I was a little disappointed that the leather is quite hard, and not soft and tactile. Also the compartments are so tight you need to prise them open with a flat instrument to use them. Hopefully it will warm up over time. Made in India.
