The one page diary with appointments has 24 half-hour lines on the left-hand side to fill in appointments between 8am and 8pm and a lined column on the right hand side for tasks and information. It is perfect for tracking each day's commitments. I use it together with the week on one page diary with notes to planning each week with appointments on the diary side and planned tasks on the reverse. I strongly prefer a paper diary and this system is ideal.
