I have used these diaries for many years. They are super for the organisation of a professional life and essential for me as an office and life tool.

I have had the same filofax for 40 years - since uni
1. auto - reorder would be a great idea as per another customers comment .
I have to constantly keep checking as they are never in stock .
2. why do I want a QR code taking up space ( and its annoying) .
The whole point of a paper filofax, is because I dont want to go digital with my diary. Please provide non-QR refill option too

There are two Personal size diary refills available without the QR code - Personal week on one page & Personal week to view (non lined). If you prefer the non lined version the code is 25-68421NQR and you can return the refill you received for a refund.

Website shopping needs improvement

Two logical suggestions, either:
A) Give people the chance to "reorder" diaries for the next year (when they are available) as it is painful to check that I am ordering the same type each year.
or
B) Better still, send an email reminder, with a click to order "this year's replacement new diaries" (based on last order.

To ensure you get the correct refill, we always print on our refill pages a reference number vertically near the holes, therefore on your current refill you should see printed - Ref: XX-XXXXX (The first two digits determine the year, the next digits determine size and layout. If you drop the prefix and put the rest of the code in our search box it will take you to the exact diary refill you require.

Vintage ‘Durham’

Week on 2 pages gives enough space to read/write at a glance. Enables notes to be of a decent length and detail for my needs. Using lined pages keeps it neat. Still use my vintage Filofax with a fountain as a backup to electronic notes. Best of both worlds!
