The QR code project was established following demand from consumers to know what was in their organiser at any given time without the need to carry it. Most of us carry our phones with us all the time and we rely as heavily on them as we do our planners. From consumer feedback and analysis, we know that organiser demand has changed, especially, the preferred size. There has been continuing, growing demand for larger sizes, especially Personal and A5 sizes.

The QR code allows you to carry the contents of your organiser on your phone for those occasions when are not carrying your planner. The app allows users to set reminders on a specific day and time for entries previously made in your planner.

The app is not intended to replace the organiser but to work with it and enhance the paper experience. We are aware that not all Filofax users will use the app but we have seen a significant uptake of the app. We have also made a couple of our most popular diaries available online without the QR code.

I am pleased to advise that we have produced some stock of two Personal refills without the QR codes. These are available on our website in the below formats –

Alternatively, you can order through our Personalisation station and choose the format without QR codes.
