I ordered 6 of these and three of these were defective. Defections seem to be a running thing with Filofax lately. I find most of their items way overpriced ($7.95 for 20 sheets of paper, seriously?) and the quality of the binders has gone way down. On these the rings looked like cheap things that would rust and break within a year. Most of the time the back leather didn't match the front leather, it was either oversized or under sized. Some looked worn, as if they sent used returns! The sewing was subpar. Sometimes it is best just to say goodbye and look elsewhere, $108 is a ridiculous price for these binders.

Filofax
Bought online and on the website it said 10% off. They asked for my email address which I sent and they sent me a code for the 10% off but when I tried to purchase the Filofax they said it wasn’t applicable to the item I had bought. So not happy at all and when I complained, I didn’t even get a reply

As a longtime fILOFAX user, my daughter’s needed a new cover and you sent this to me, monogrammed, within 2 days. Both she and I are dedicated fans of your product.
I recently got delivery of a lovely red leather Personal Filofax , with my initials in gold on the front cover . A welcome replacement for my ancient fabric covered Filofax , which had worn bare on the spine . Very happy with my update.
