Amazing!

There is nothing wrong with my clipboard and I love it! I have created my own pages on Canva A5 size and they fit in this perfectly! I love it and use it daily for work

Lovely product

Loved this - haven't used a Filofax for years but really enjoying this - delivery was a little slow but product is great.

Disappointed.

Coming back to Filofax after a few years of using other diaries. I found copying loads of info over every year to be frustrating so back to Filofax.
I ordered A5 to fit my work bag but although the paper is A5, the book is huge and won’t fit in my bag and as the rings are not standard Filofax fit, my new bookmark purchased with it doesn’t fit, none of my old pages fit and all in all, this is no use to me.
It also came with loads of inserts/various paper which is such a waste as I won’t use it - there should be an option to leave it out.
Really frustrated with this as I need to start using it so I’ll have to buy something else now :(

Hello
Thank you for your feedback. The A5 Clipbook has the same size mechanism as some of the A5 Filofax organisers therefore your old refills should be compatible (providing they are Filofax). If you are not happy with the product and purchased direct from us you can return it to the Freepost address on the packing slip for a refund.
Thank you
Filofax

Misaligned spine

This is my 3rd Filofax over 10 years. I have replaced it as the cover is a bit dogeared but the mechanism is still strong and reliable. However I was very disappointed with my new one as the teeth do not align, as shown in picture. Perhaps I should have asked for a replacement but due to a very busy life (hence the need for the Filofax planner) I have not raised an issue or sought a replacement. I'm interested to see if this review is read and I'm contacted.

Hello Pippa,

Thank you for your feedback.

Please could you email our Customer Service team - store@flbgroup.com with the details and they will be able to assist you.

Kind Regards, Filofax

A lovely notebook

Very pleased with my notebook that I am using as an address book. Good quality, robust and lovely to handle. Delivery took longer than hoped and many of the pages I might have ordered as refills out of stock.
